  1. I LOVE your podcasts! I am a personal trainer and instructor and health coach also . I agree with everything you say except sixteen candles was better than pretty in pink! Seriously I am also just trying to spread the word of health to all my clients and students! I bring green smoothies to class to share and encourage eating lots of food grown from the ground!
I live in Sac and hope to see your place in mendecino soon! Good luck in CIM- don’t go out too fast as there are some rolling hills the whole way through! Enjoy the day and get those Newman O’s ready for some post race nourishment!! I am a runner too- one if my favorite post run smoothies is almond milk vanilla protein powder raw sweet potato, banana, apple and cinnamon!! GOOD LUCK!!

  2. Hi Pam!
Wish I had seen this before. I did OK in CIM, but the hills definitely caught me by surprise. They fail to mention them on the site!!! Thanks for the comment…The fact is that ‘Some Kind of Wonderful’ is better than both Sixteen Candles and Pretty in Pink. Check mate.
