I’m so guilty of the big great overthink… I’m aware of it and I’ve been trying to fight it, one small step at a time 🙂 You said something among the lines of: since we think we can somehow control the outcome, we paralyse in the thinking process, trying to make the ‘best choice ever’. Wish of course is pretty silly. That really hit home for me. Thanks for the podcast!
