Hello All….

This is my first blog, the purpose of which is to welcome everyone to the site, and to the launching of my nutritional consultant practice…I would love to hear anyone’s (and everyone’s) feedback about the site if you want to put your two cents in–how it reads, how it looks, etc…

In the meantime, I’ll keep throwing down my thoughts periodically. Check the site for upcoming classes and new recipes etc.!!!

    The service section really got my attention. I like the idea that you will help navigate going to the grocery store because that’s where the choices for a healthy lifestyle are made without a moments thought. To slow down and read the labels, really look at the food and products we consume is so important. I also like the recipe page that gives great ideas for the next trip to the grocery store. Thank you for sharing and I wish you the best of luck!

  5. So sorry to have missed you on Saturday in Petaluma! I look forward to absorbing every inch of the handouts and hope that I can catch one of your talks in the near future. Your site is beautifully easy to follow and I will be making the beans and rice on Tuesday afternoon for Wednesday nights dinner. They sound amazing!
