Hello all! So, as proof of how friggin’ delicious the ‘green is the new fantasmo’ bars are, look no further than this picture of my beautiful niece enjoying one herself. Check out the recipes page for the list of ingredients. All whole foods and incredibly nutritious. I even snuck in some spirulina, the taste of which is hidden by the coconut, banana, and dates. By the way, sprirulina is around 60% protein (beef is around 25-30% by comparison) and chock full of minerals, antioxidants etc. Great stuff if you can get people to eat it. ‘Green is the new Fantasmo,’ while having a long title is a great way to do it!!!
